Mikkel Theilade Thomsen

Mikkel’s main areas of expertise are within business law, and he is highly specialized in dispute resolution and complex commercial litigation and arbitration. As such, he has represented numerous national and international clients in disputes spanning a wide range of sectors and legal areas.

He has authored Lexology Getting the Deal Through’s chapter on “Complex Commercial Litigation”, and he is recognised as an expert within the area of commercial litigation.

Mikkel also has extensive experience with advicing on a variety of legal matters pertaining to general commercial law, including contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law matters. As such, he has drafted a number of legal memorandums and opinions for international clients.

High quality legal advice combined with commercial insight and personal involvement are hallmarks of Mikkel’s approach to case handling.

He has a right of audience before the Danish high courts and the Danish Supreme Court.
